Refund Policy


All purchases & subscriptions are final & non-refundable. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- ALL Subscriptions, Digital & Downloadable software products
- Some health, body and personal care items.


Exchanges (if applicable) 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to exchange the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with pictures of the damaged item in its original packaging included at and send your item to:

You may only exchange damaged or defective items within 10 business days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.


To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please notify our customer service team if you are exchanging an item due to damage.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without tracking we cannot guarantee your return was received. Tracking is included with every purchase.

If your product is damaged, we have a 7-day return policy on all physical products, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return. Digital downloads and all other digital products are not returnable after purchase. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please email


Our retreats our custom made & planned just for you! This allows us to offer more during each immersion that we think you’ll love. While we do our best to represent healing, transformation, and IMPACT, every retreat will differ from the image represented in the previews.

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email right away if you received damaged goods.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital products/downloads, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Email

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, limited quality items, or gift cards.
