All Is Mind (AIM) presents a mindfulness & self-alignment workshop that allows the mind to navigate through its darkest memories, traumas and/or fears with the power of transmutation & flow of healing energy.
The goal in completing this workshop would be to connect within to the essence of SELF! Interchanging adversity and obscurity of the unspoken self into our true nature of “Divine Light”. As we grow in wisdom & understanding via the lessons of our experience, we evolve in unconditional self-love & eminent abundance.
Throughout this workshop we will highlight the Hermatic Laws of the Universe, the chakras as energy wheels as well as body systems & their functions as we implement unwavering acceptance & alignment as they ALL ALIGN as one through mindfulness & energy.
In addition, we will discuss the emotional defense mechanisms we tend to create as fear or insecurity; disguising pain or trauma. As well as, the intimate connection with self that’s required to honestly decipher our journey in growth.
